Band Heater Are Used In Plastic Injection , Plastic Moulding , Rubber Moulds . It Is Used In Heating Dies , Patterns , Pipe Section Nozzles Etc.

SPECIFICATION

Band Heaters Are Made Of Either Mica Or Ceramic . Heating Element Of Ribbon Type Or Wire Type Is Used . It Is Covered By Rust Resistant Iron ,S.S. Or Brass . The Element Is Wound Uniformly To Eliminate Hot Spot Formation.

• WATTAGE : 80 TO 4000 W .
• INSIDE DIA: MIN 38 mm TO 610 mm MAX .
